To Whom It May Concern,
This letter serves as a personal and professional recommendation for Stephen Voljavec.
Stephen worked at the Concourse Athletic Club as a Lead Counselor at our Summer Camp this
past summer. During this time, he reported to a team of directors, including myself. He
was responsible for not only the daily activities of the children in his group, but also for
making sure that everyone in his group had the best experience possible at our camp.
Stephen displayed the maturity and professionalism required to manage his weekly group of
children, coordinate the weekly activities and any camper issues with his directors and was
able to make sound judgment decisions on the fly. Additionally Stephen was responsible for
communicating with the parents of the campers in his group both before and at camp’s
dismissal each day. I feel that his communication and customer service skills, along with his
integrity to do a good job, made him a successful Lead Counselor at our camp.
It is my pleasure to recommend Stephen for your organization. I hope you will consider him
as a viable candidate for a position.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
Tracy Meazell
