Personal statement
I am a determined communication scholar who has obtained a Bachelor of Science degree
in Journalism and Mass Communication. I have engaged myself in several industrial
attachments which have increased my exposure and deepened my understanding on the
essence of communicating and building relationships. I have a broad mind and love
objective reasoning. I believein communication as theonly unifying force betweenpeople,
institutions and society at large, with the determination to communicate effectively. I am
motivated to work hard not by the pay package but by the satisfaction I derive from doing
what I know how to do well. Communication is a passion and I am that person who sees
teamwork an ideal way for producing results. I easily adapt to new environments because
I trust the concept of homogenization of cultures.

Educational achievements
Completed and submitted a long essay on Audience appraisal of MTN Advertising
Channels in Molyko to the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication
University of Buea. This research was carried out under the supervision of Prof.
Enoh Tanjong.
I was first desk editor of the November 2014publication of the Chariot Newspaper
with a story also in the paper.

February 2017 to present: Industrial attachment at Alpha Graphics Akwa Douala.
December 2016 to present: Part time communication consultancy service to Flora
Travel and Tours Co. Ltd Limbe.
August 2015 to September 2015: Industrial attachment with the National Oil
Refining Company (SONARA) at the Communication/Public Relations
department.
August 2014: Industrial attachment with the Limbe City Council at their Public
Relations department.
November 2013 to March 2015: Training on the Chariot Radio University of Buea.
July to August 2013: Industrial attachment with Ocean City Radio Limbe.

I learn very quickly and possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal
communication skills with a good sense of humor.
Good in content creation and editing of script.
I possess audio editing skills and can work with adobe edition 3.0.
I type approximately 40 words per minute.
I possess research skills and have conducted an audience research which was
awarded a B+ grade.
Creativity is my principle as I do my best to think out of the box and propose
rational suggestions.
