24. Conclusion
Bank Asia limited is a commercial bank, but they also involve with
the investment banking in some portion. They have a subsidiary
company Bank Asia Securities limited. Bank Asia limited are
avoiding the underwriting activities and also the merging &
acquisition activities. Rather BAL conduct the security market as a
