● Created and ran project management to revamp company-wide sales trainings, locally
and internationally.
○ Coordinated with major sales group leadership to create custom training content
for each sales group.
○ Consolidated all desired content into a 6 week on-boarding "Bootcamp" with
checkpoints to test learning and report metrics to team leads, managers, and
sales representatives.
○ Created an execution plan for the Global Enablement team to successfully
implement the new program on a monthly basis.
● Coordinated company-wide professional development off-site trainings such as Manager
Training and Executive Coaching training for select members of the company
○ Created a system to track the completion of these trainings to communicate
completion to company leadership.
○ Lowered the annual cost of all company special trainings by $20,000
● Promoted from an Analyst to Specialist within 1 year of being hired.
● Nominated to found Women’s Leadership Development Initiative as the WLD
Coordinator
○ Created a Leading Diverse Teams training which was added to the Qualtrics
Manager Training course
○ Implemented and ran project management on a company-wide Women’s mentor
group program.
■ Developed content options using ​Lean In​ content
■ 200 participants each quarter around 5 offices
■ Average NPS of participants = 61
○ Led a 12 person mentor group in which we used Lean In materials to discuss
challenges that women face in the workplace and develop skills that we can use
to overcome them.
● Taught and promoted company yoga classes for employees twice a week with an
average of about 8 employees per class
● Completed the Middle Path Executive Coaching Training
○ Learned communication, time-management, mindfulness, and self-discipline
strategies through executive coach Chris Holmberg. Chris works with the world’s
leading executives to be successful leaders.
● Edited and contributed to the Qualtrics style guide
○ Outlined and defined common grammatical errors commonly made by employees
○ Defined a unified style-usage for all Qualtrics external communication
