1. ● Created and ran project management to revamp company-wide sales trainings, locally
and internationally.
○ Coordinated with major sales group leadership to create custom training content
for each sales group.
○ Consolidated all desired content into a 6 week on-boarding "Bootcamp" with
checkpoints to test learning and report metrics to team leads, managers, and
sales representatives.
○ Created an execution plan for the Global Enablement team to successfully
implement the new program on a monthly basis.
● Coordinated company-wide professional development off-site trainings such as Manager
Training and Executive Coaching training for select members of the company
○ Created a system to track the completion of these trainings to communicate
