The TTCH Personal Development Tool has
a proven track record for creating increased
productivity of competent staff. Participants’
results are not only increased, but the format
also provides a structure through which
consistent growth can be documented
and passed on to future employees for
orientation.
The format of plotting a path from
“problem to, ideal solution” creates
a dynamic pull towards any vision.
• There will be a live trial at the end of
the 4th session on day 2 to evaluate
participant’s competence
• Organizations are encouraged to
assign a project for day 3. (If you
require a 3day package)
• Participants and trainer will
attempt to provide a documented
solution plan of action
Myself and 9 of our staff participated in a 1 day training session on the TTCH Model. We then
applied the model to an upcoming project. The brain storming session took on a totally new
dimension and the documentation was extremely essential to project delivery method.
