The course included collaborative planning, peer observation and shared evaluation and feedback.
Within this framework each participant completed 6 hours of individual teaching, observed and assessed by two experienced
trainers. This course also includes a completion of a range of written assignments covering learner needs, teaching and learning
resources, language analysis and teaching practice self-analysis.

Emiliana is an extremely conscientious, diligent and highly competent teacher. Emiliana is lively
and engaging and students respond well to her. She has a very high level of awareness of
language in general and she is capable of anticipating potential difficulties. Her results on the
course were consistently excellent. Her lesson plans are detailed and very well staged and her
language analysis is very solid. She adapted materials well and included clear feedback and
correction techniques. Her written assignments were of a very high standard at all times. She is
extremely competent and professional and will be a valuable member of any staffroom.
