and opening shot. Establishing shot shows students in uniform with heartbeat sound
effect in motion with the fade to black.
Square 2: Fade reopens on a classroom of about 10 students, possibly a psychology
classroom. Pan around the classroom with the heartbeat effect still playing.Then
another fade to black.
Square 3: Close up on main actress back of the head, camera runs 180 degrees around
to the front of actress’s face. Actress looks up and one again fades to black.
Square 4:Track shot follows girl to the door. Camera shot switches to door opening
and door closing to reveal a the figure of a boy standing down a long hallway (long
shot) with an axe in one hand and a photo (extreme close up in the other.)
Square 5: Alarm rings (similar to an air raid) . Close up on actresses face as she turns
around to look at the alarm. Another close up on actress as she turns around and
another long shot reveals the man has disappeared.
Square 6: Series of different montage clips. (School being evacuated- track, children
running/hiding-long shot, student about to be killed-low angle). Over the top of
different scenes is the voiceover “patient 2866 has escaped.” Sped up until only
escaped can be heard.
Square 7: Escaped comes up (WOB) at the same time as the women says escaped.
Square 8: Main actress, hides behind curtain (midshot) antagonist walks past. Actress
breathes out and antagonists pulls curtain back. Actress screams. End of trailer.

Square 1:White on black, film productions. Opens on a close up of phone ringing and
a hand picking up the phone. Dialogue: “Hello– school.” Fade to black. Dialogue
“Patient 2866 has escaped.” Dial tone.
Square 2: Long shot of students walking to an emergency assembly and track shot of
main actress doing the same as other students looking worried. Camera long shot of
school gates closing.
Square 3: Heartbeat sound. Montage sequence of main actress being rude to
antagonist or person who becomes patient 2866. Over shoulder shot of antagonist
looking angry. Fade to black.
Square 4: New scene opens on room at the asylum. Close up of pictures of main
actress over the wall. FTB. Extreme close up of patient number off the door reading
2866.
Square 5: Again montage of scenes. Between 3 different scenes wob misty writing
appears: he didn’t forgive.
Square 6: Same again. Same misty writing appears: He didn’t forget.
Square 7: Close up of antagonist swinging axe.

Square 1: Opens with antagonist limping into the school holding axe as a prop
(establishing shot/long shot) FTB
Square 2: Still black. Phone click with the frantic voice telling the school to evacuate the
school and close the main gates.
Square 3: Extreme close up of blood stained axe which switches to long shot of patient
walking across open school ground.
Square 4: FTB,WOB writing appears on “he didn’t forgive.”
Square 5: Over shoulder shot of patient holding photo of main actress.
Square 6: SameWOB writing appears “he didn’t forget.”
Square 7: Montage of scenes. People hiding, main actress running, FTB. Black screen
“why are you doing this to me?”
Square 8:WOB writing comes up of film title. Fades away to the release date and FTB
again.
