end functions, socials, weddings and more. I was employed in 2015. I was the staff manager which
requires the hiring, signing in and out, paying the staff and managing the staff during the events. I
was also one of the décor cooperator as well as competing any task handed over from the owner.

This letter is my personal recommendation for Soné Jacobs. Until just recently, I have been Sonés
immediate supervisor for the past year. I have found her consistently pleasing, tackling all tasks and
duties with a smile and utter dedication.
Besides being a joy to work with, Soné is a take-charge person who is able to take on any task given
to her. No matter the circumstances she understands her role and doesn’t back down for anyone.
She has successfully controlled and managed several events for our company that have resulted in
a success. During her time with us she has shown enormous amounts of potential and growth.
Although she was only assigned to one specific position she showed an ability to move out of her
comfort zone and take on other tasks in other fields of operations. With that she is a very versatile,
has a great sense of communication, listens to instructions but knows when to speak up for what she
believes in and an all round great employee.
