2. Introduction
 An accomplished social worker and psychologist, Dr. Elaine Rosa has
worked for more than two decades in the Los Angeles area.
Additionally, psychologist Dr. Elaine Rosa is a longtime member of
the Los Angeles County Psychological Association (LACPA).
LACPA will hold its annual convention October 19, 2019, at the
DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Los Angeles Westside, offering
attendees the opportunity to participate in valuable continuing
education sessions and network with their peers. This year, the
featured speaker will be Scott D. Miller, PhD, founder of the
International Center for Clinical Excellence.
Dr. Miller’s keynote address is titled “Achieving Clinical Excellence:
Three Steps to Superior Performance” and will feature his expert
insight working with hundreds of organizations nationwide to help
them raise the bar and perform at higher levels. Registration for the
