4. Sweet and Sour Egg
Ingredients:
Eggs
Onion and Garlic
Spring Onions
Hotdogs
Ketchup
Pineapple Slices
Brown Sugar
5. Sweet and Sour Egg
Procedure
1. Sauté garlic and onion and wait until it’s golden brown
2. Put the Hotdog when the onion and garlic is already translucent.
3. Put the Banana Ketchup, then add water.
4. Mix all together, put Soy sauce, Ground Black Pepper and Sugar to
enhance the flavor.
5. Mix it thoroughly and cover. After 30 seconds put the Vinegar, don’t mix,
let it get cooked and cover it.
6. After 1 minute mix it, then put the eggs. Add the Bell pepper and cover it.
7. After 1 minute in moderate heat, put the spring onions.
Serve and Enjoy!
10. Chopsuey
1. Heat oil on a pan. Saute onion until layers separate.
2. Add garlic. Continue sautéing until the onion starts to soften.
3. Add chicken, stir fry until the outer part turns light brown.
4. Pour soy sauce, oyster sauce, and water. Stir. Cover the pan and
let the liquid boil.
5. Add Knorr Chicken Cube. Stir. Cover and cook using medium
heat until the sauce reduces to half.

6. Add the carrot. Cook for 3 minutes.

7. Pour the cornstarch and water mixture. Stir.
8. Add your corn, cauliflower, bell pepper, snow peas, and cabbage.
Toss. Cover and cook for 1 ½ minutes.
9. Toss and season with ground black pepper and salt.
10. Add boiled quail eggs.
Transfer to a serving plate. Serve. Share and enjoy!
15. Tuna Canapes
1. Combine tuna, mayonnaise, cooked ham (sliced) and tomato
(sliced) in a bowl. Using a spoon, mix all the ingredients
together.
2. Continue to mix. Taste the mixture and add salt and pepper as
needed. Make sure that the ingredients are well blended.
3. Scoop a tablespoon of the mixture and top over crackers.
