About Aero 2 …
 New Polish mobile broadband operator
 One of the first in the world that have commercially
launched LTE
 Aero 2 Group (including SFERIA, Centernet, Mobyland)
offers mobile voice and data services based on GSM,
CDMA, LTE, HSPA and HSPA+ technologies
 ITPP is a professional services company which builds
and operates telecommunications network on behalf of
operators from Aero 2 Group

 Rapid LTE rollout challenges:
 Processes not standardized across departments and
companies
 Issues in communication between employees in
different departments in Aero 2 Group
 Network inventory data fragmentation (many OSS
databases)
 Issues with quality of data: inconsistent, duplicated or
missing
 Problems with adequate forecasting and reporting
