Supervisor and Program element manager, directly managed over 40+ PACAF, PACOM, and
JCS exercises with an annual budget of $32M. Leads exercise planning, controls budgets,
develops and manages force lists, and guides training events to execution. Prioritizes PACAF
consolidated exercises and funding strategy; administers annual exercise airlift/support budget.
Developed and implemented PACAF’s consolidated exercise priorities, strategy, and program;
analyzed impact of real-world events on objectives and budgets and developed alternatives to
achieve Commander’s exercise goals. Served as Mission Commander for three PACIFIC
ANGEL Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief Missions in Timor-Leste, Sri Lanka, and
the Philippines.
