3) Extensive experience in residential and commercial electrical wiring and troubleshooting
problems.
4) I’m also knowledgeable and experience in both residential and commercial plumbing
installations and repair.
5) I’m also qualified in reading, takeoffs, understanding, as well as working from blue
prints.
6) I have also had extensive experience dealing with the Building Departments (i.e. code
compliance, permits, and inspections), as well as dealing with all types of contractors in

I have worked in all phases of new home construction, from slab to finished product, for
many different Architects, Developers, and contractors, as well as several companies’
right here in Houston. I did several Apartment complex change outs in the Houston
heights area; I was responsible for bring it up to code to include the complete renovation
of the entire complex. This meant the installation of all new HVAC systems, bringing
building structure up to code, a whole new exterior (i.e.: windows, doors, siding, roof. trim,
everything) The rewiring needed to accommodate all new codes and new appliances,
systems, being installed. I have work for a few air conditioning companies here in the area
from 1994 thru 1997. During that time I was sent to Laredo. TX to oversee the installation of

all HVAC units and systems, to include all ventilation and heating needed for several spray
paint booths, and all emissions exhaust for indoor garage facility, this was a new Metro
bus repair facility. I was responsible for all employees and any outside contractors we hire
to complete the project. I also did a 400 unit apartment complex retro fit (change out from
a chilled water heating/air conditioning system, to individual systems, this was on Ocean
Blvd, in Corpus Christie, TX. I also finished another apartment complex here in Houston.
This was a total remodel from top to bottom for 27 buildings (455 apt), new roofs, doors,
windows, kitchens, appliances, HVAC systems, new exteriors and interiors, as well as
landscaping and parking lots. I finished on time and under budget. I was most recently
employed as a project manager for a commercial HVAC company that did colleges,
schools, state and federal projects, as well as other commercial projects.
Other Experience:
I also possess experience in construction management, material and equipment
procurement, employee relations, as well as the operation and use of most heavy
equipment (back hoe, tractors, scissor jacks). I also possess all my own tools and
