To Whom It May Concern:
I have worked with Ed Hahn for six years through the Winona Area Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals organization. He is hard working, compassionate, and is always the first to volunteer for the task at hand. For these reasons and more, I highly recommend Ed for any position he seeks to pursue.
The Young Professionals organization provides personal and professional development, community outreach, and networking opportunities for young business people in the Winona area. While Ed has had his hands in coordinating activities for all facets of the Young Professionals, I feel his biggest strength lies in community outreach. In 2011, Ed was a primary force in building the “Light Up Winona” project, which raised funds for holiday decorations in a Winona city park. As a founding member of this project, Ed is still deeply involved and has helped expand the project into a second park in 2014. In addition to “Light Up Winona,” one can always count on Ed to work a shift or two at a chili cook-off, root beer stand, Habitat for Humanity build, or whatever the cause may be. There is no doubt that Ed is proud to live and work in Winona, and he enjoys giving back to his community.
As mentioned, Ed never hesitates to volunteer for a task at hand, but it is his professionalism and ability to communicate which set him apart from others. When he volunteered to create a flyer for an upcoming Young Professionals Holiday Party, it was top notch and needed no modifications. When he offered to develop questions to use when surveying our Young Professionals members, the end result was high quality and allowed us to quickly move forward with the project. To sum up, one can always count on Ed to not only do the job, but do the job above and beyond expectation.
Ed’s hard work and positive attitude make him an absolute pleasure to work with. I stand behind his character and would highly recommend him for any position he seeks to pursue. Please contact me with any questions you may have.
Sincerely,
Jennifer Baertsch
