2. MINUTES OF THE MEETING:
1. The sequence or flow of the meeting was discussed.
2. The first part is opening prayer . (led by Mr. Sumapig)
3. The second part is sharing of motivational quote. (presented by Mr. Cabido)
4. The third part is checking of attendance which should be done by the Strand Focal
Persons. (checked by Mr. Cabido)
5. The fourth part is reading of previous minutes and approval.
6. The fifth part is the meeting proper. (School Guidance, School Registrar, ICT/LIS
Coordinator, School Head)

9. 18. Classrooms located in the Blue Building, EIM building and Lumina Homes will transfer to
the newly constructed building once it is turned over.
19. Two advisers/sections will occupy one classroom. They will be responsible for the
beautification, orderliness and cleanliness of the classroom.
20. No bulletin boards, curtains and other unnecessary things inside the classroom to
maximize its area
21. The computer laboratory will only use the air conditioner once a week.
22.Grade 11 students will come to school every Monday and Tuesday.
23. Grade 12 students will come to school every Wednesday and Thursday.
24. There will be an alternate schedule every Friday. (morning only)

13. 28. Teachers’ official time in is 8:00am and time out is 5:00pm.
29. Teachers who will come to school on or before 7:00am for 8 days will receive 1-day local service
credit.
30. The following students are qualified for Alternative Distance Modality.

•Pregnant ( with doctor’s certificate)
•Conflict with the Law ( with certificate)
•Severe Illness ( with doctor’s certificate)
31. The functions of the Master Teachers are to:
•Craft lesson plan (Kinder – Grade 12)
•DEMOLEC – every Friday afternoon
•Make prototype IMs
•Make assessment tests
•On - call
14. 32. Teachers are required to wear their Monday uniform on August 22, 2022.
33. Teachers may wear any DepEd attire from August 23-31, 2022.
34. Teachers are required to wear complete uniform starting September.
35. Teachers should wear BSP/GSP uniform or ant DepEd attire every Friday.
36. Learners are not required to wear school uniform.
37. Learners must wear white t-shirt, pants(not tattered jeans) and shoes.
38. Learners are not allowed to have hair color.
39. Female students must not have multiple earrings.
40. Male students must have proper haircut and no earrings.
41. The previous school head and PSDS will be the ones to select the “Most Outstanding
Teacher”.
42. No props available yet for PASIGARBO SA SUGBO.
15. 43. When it comes to submission of reports, teachers must prepare the following:
•Division – 3 copies ( division, school, personal)
•School – 2 copies ( school , personal)
44. Teachers must inform the office for any personal or non-personal businesses and whereabouts.
45. Teachers must prepare an inventory for BOSY and EOSY ( only government properties), borrower’s slip and
return slip (c/o property custodian)
