2. Problem statement
Cities are getting more and more congested with commute being the most
stressful thing a person has to go through without any alternate.
Cities are seeing massive inflow of people moving from rural and smaller
towns. India is seeing urbanisation at a rapid rate which will exert more stress
on the cities infrastructure.
The only solution for reducing congestion is adoption of mass rapid and public
transport solutions.
People are still hesitant in using Mass Rapid and Public transport since there is
a significant gap in first mile and last mile mobility solutions. This impacts the
use of Public and Mass Rapid transport solutions.
3. Our Solution
- Self ride shared mobility solutions from Metro Stations
and key transport hubs such as railways stations and Bus
stations.
“ Metro Bikes is a self ride shared mobility solution. A user
locates the bike ( scooter/e bikes/ bicycles) on the app,
unlocks it through OTP/PIN and rides it himself to the the
destination and leaves it destination which becomes a pick
up point to the next user.”
4. Smart Urban Mobility
6
Metro Bikes is the most
affordable, flexible and
convenient mode of
transportation from point A to
point B
• Consumers can pick up
the bike and drop it any
where in the city.
• That drop off point
becomes the pick up point
for the next user

6. novations making the solution seamless
-Keyless access to vehicles-OTP based and ADHAR based.
-Remote immobilisation of vehicle
-Crash Alert, towing alert
-Pick up anywhere and drop anywhere.
-Geo Fencing
- Algorithm based redistribution and demand mapping
-Non tech innovations in the model - Asset procurement, advt. revenue
etc.,

12. What we envision
to do
• Provide seamless multimodal solution integrated with
Mass rapid transport solution such as Metro Rails and
public transport solutions such as Bus and Rail systems.
• Make Electric scooters, e-Bikes, Bicycle and pooling
solutions available across the city which can enable
sustainable and low carbon emission based first mile
and last mile solution.
13. What do we expect from Eco system
Support from Local authorities, Mass Rapid Transport and
Public Transport agencies
• Integration of last mile commute as a part of project planning. Which
means allocation of space, visibility for end users.
• Metro Bikes as feeder service to aggregate people from those places to
hubs where feasibility of Bus isn't there. The feeder service can be
white labelled as extension of public transport.
• Local municipal bodies to carve out dedicated space for parking shared
mobility across the city.
