A Cloud-based PSAP makes unprecedented capabilities available to
agencies in an easier way than its On-premises Legacy counterpart,
mostly in terms of

Continuous innovation and enhancement
Cybersecurity and availability
Concerns may be about where Data exist, specifically in cases where
agencies reside in countries where major Cloud providers have no data
centres, but such issues are generally addressable through legal
agreements and data governance protocols.
