July 2019 Breakfast Buzz session: Developing great leaders on the job: Does your organization have supervisors, managers or leaders of any kind? If so, this session is developed just for you! First, some bad news: No, good leaders are not born and don't suddenly "just get it". But you already knew that. Poor leadership is expensive and effective leadership skills must be learned. Anyone who leads, supervises or manages people or resources require focused direction, support and development to become effective in generating organizational results through the work of others.
