"This organization serves to provide professional development
opportunities for the students in the College Student Affairs (CSA)
Program, to promote cohesiveness and interaction among the students in
the NSU CSA program through initiatives such as programming, social
activities, and special projects, to increase awareness of Student Affairs as
a field of study, to promote an understanding of the function of
professional associations in the field, and to assist students with academic
and professional skill development."

"Kina’ Ole provides professional development focused on
diversity for CSA program students on specific topics through
the utilization of presentations, interactive activities,
multimedia resources, articles, panelists, and/or speakers. The
selected diversity themes are all geared toward our work in
student affairs. All meetings will include room for discussion
throughout the meeting as well."
