Objective:
1. Determine the individual pace factor
2. Measure a distance usingpace factor
Procedure:
1. Measure andestablisha50-meterline onthe groundand mark eachendwith a line,andcall the
startingline as“A” and the endline as“B”.
2. Alongthisestablishedline,walkcasually fromA toB andrecord the numberof paces.Then,again
walkcasuallyfromB to A and record again the numberof paces.Do thiscasual walking andrecordingof
pacesfor five (times).
3. Compute yourownpace factor (PF) bydividingthe distance 50metersbythe mean or average of the
paces.
