1. Position: Employment counselor
Duties and responsibilities:
- Work with the unemployed: Interviewing candidates, checking the references, assessment of
work capacity, preparing CVs, selection of candidates for employers.
- Work with employers: Establish and maintain contacts with employers; updating the
database; create mailing lists; implementation of recruitment procedures in accordance
with corporate policies and procedures of clients; Analysis jobs; identifying staffing needs
and modes of intervention; selection of candidates, organizing group conversation and
testing of candidates
- Update ads on the site
- Implementation of e-recruitment system
- Planning and implementation of motivational training: identification of training needs,
preparing, presentations, conducting training, records of results.
- Organizing job fairs
- Follow up of all legal amendments in the employment field, keeping up-to-date
professional knowledge about job market.
- Cooperation with the social partners on the market
