2. Conduct the experiment in commercial farms:
 The efficacy of new feed formulae
 To assess the efficiency of different feed additives in respect of their performance vis a vis
economical worthiness.
 Protein efficiency with respect to ideal protein /amino acid concept with reference to amino
acid ratio to Lysine. Studies have been made and further studies are on.
 Experimental studies for innovative feed formulation with respect to cost factor.
 Efficacy of vaccines at farm level.
Arrange Training Programs :
 To appointed new Staff like Manager, line supervisor, lifting supervisor ,sale executives and
accountant for Branch setup in region.
 Refreshment course with knowledge of modern Poultry farming to cope up with the new
challenges of management and disease aspects with particular reference to emerging
diseases.
 Orientation programmed for marketing people for their development along with knowledge of
modern Poultry farming to cope up with the new challenges of management and disease
aspect
 With the help of audio-visual application by way of slide, overhead projector and LCD
