OBJECTIVE

 Supervision of experimental feed and breed trials in the R&D farm of Big Bird

comprehensive report of the conducted trial on weekly basis and at the end of the
trial.

 Successfully raised over ten million broilers in 102 flocks at nineteen farms in five
years with each farm having different system and specifications.

Present Job Responsibilities as Zonal Manger Riawind Broiler Farms
Duration: 2 Years (8 Aug 2014 till to date).
 Present professional job responsibilities include a full spectrum of poultry farm
activities starting with disinfection of sheds, receiving the chicks, vaccination at
various stages of production, feed regulation, and supply to market.

 Continuously analyzing various factors affecting the designated production goals
based on systematically acquired and organized symptom data during the entire
process of poultry production and implement the requisite measures based on
the logical analysis.
 Management of mobile vaccination team of the Big Bird Foods on all the broiler
farms of the company based on the planning and calculations regarding type and
quantity of vaccines.
 During vaccination process, acquiring and organizing the vaccination result data.
Analysis of acquired serological data to compare the efficacy of the different
vaccines brand, modified dosage rates and administrative techniques to find out
and implement the best combinations for final production.
 Complete management of the only Experimental Shed of the company to carry
out feed and breed trials to evaluate various variables affecting the quality and
competition of final product in the market. Based on the systematic and
consistent analytical procedure, recommend the requisite modifications at various
stages of poultry production.
 Continuous development of an efficient team through a well elaborated training
system by recognizing the potential of each individual, tasking of supervisors at
foreman level and instilling team spirit at team level.
 Additionally, remained part of team tasked to develop and refine the SOP
documentation for the ISO certification of the broiler farms and in June 16, auditor
passed my farms for the Mc Donald’s.
Previous Job Responsibilities as Zonal Manger Kasur Farms
Duration: 1 year and 7 months (15 Dec 2012 to 8 Aug 2014)
 As a Zonal Manager, acted as a nodal point between the Production Manager
and Farm Managers for implementation of all policies, smooth and efficient two-
way flow of information and all management issues.
 Assisted the Production Manager in planning and executing all poultry operations
at assigned four broiler farms.
 Ensured smooth management and efficient logistics at each farm of the zone.
 Devised and implemented system of checks in an organized and systematic
manner to ensure that all policy aspects of the company are translated into
practical steps at gross root level with the backing of requisite documentation.
 Ensured that all farm records were accurate and up to date at all times.
 Tasked farm supervisors to ensure strict bio-security and disease control at their

VOULNTEER EXPERINCE
 As President of the Vets Care Club (2010), I have organized various extension
activities related to animal health, welfare & Production and farmer’s awareness
in rural areas (of Lahore, Shiekhupura, Sahiwal & Gujranwala districts), e.g.
Treatment, Vaccination & De-worming camps, Field Days, Farmer’s Meetings,
Awareness Campaigns for providing technicalities to the farmers and guiding
them for better care and management of their animals for maximum production.
 VCO Disaster Response for Animals: As President of Vets Care Club, have
executed and implemented the Disaster Response for Animals initiative – A joint
venture of Vets Care Organization Pakistan (VCO), the World Society for the
Protection of Animals (WSPA)and Four Paws International (Vier Pfoten) which
included the ‘Emergency Feeding Program’, ‘Provision of Veterinary Services’
and ‘Vaccination & Deworming program’ in southern Punjab from August –
October 2010.
 UVAS Flood Relief Campaign: During the 2010’s floods in Pakistan, have been
extensively engaged in UVAS Flood campaign in Mianwali and Layyah districts in
August 2010 which included emergency relief and vaccination of the flood
affected animals.

Page 5 of 7 TRAININGS UNDERTAKEN  Participated in the monthly HTSi (Health tracking System) trainings conducted by the Elanco Pakistan for the Improvement of broiler performances of Big Bird Foods from the Jan 2016 till Present.  Training in the Grand Parent Lab on “The Current Disease Scenario” on 4 April 2016  Four days training on “Propagation of Newcastle disease virus in chicken embryos and detection of its immunogenic proteins using SDS Page” conducted by Department of Microbiology, UVAS Lahore during July 12-15, 2010.  Two days training on “Emergency Medical Services Management” held at Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) on February 13-14, 2010.  Four days training on “Fermentation for Biomass Production of Pasturella Multocida” conducted by Department of Microbiology, UVAS Lahore on September 14-17, 2009.  Four days training on “Serodiagnosis of Animal Microbial Diseases” conducted by Department of Microbiology, UVAS Lahore on September 07-10, 2009  Two weeks training on “Zoo Animal Enclosure Design, Pet’s Welfare” held at UVAS Lahore in collaboration with World Wildlife Fund (WWF), British Council and Development Partnership in Higher Education (DelPHE) in August 2009. VOULNTEER EXPERINCE  As President of the Vets Care Club (2010), I have organized various extension activities related to animal health, welfare & Production and farmer’s awareness in rural areas (of Lahore, Shiekhupura, Sahiwal & Gujranwala districts), e.g. Treatment, Vaccination & De-worming camps, Field Days, Farmer’s Meetings, Awareness Campaigns for providing technicalities to the farmers and guiding them for better care and management of their animals for maximum production.  VCO Disaster Response for Animals: As President of Vets Care Club, have executed and implemented the Disaster Response for Animals initiative – A joint venture of Vets Care Organization Pakistan (VCO), the World Society for the Protection of Animals (WSPA)and Four Paws International (Vier Pfoten) which included the ‘Emergency Feeding Program’, ‘Provision of Veterinary Services’ and ‘Vaccination & Deworming program’ in southern Punjab from August – October 2010.  UVAS Flood Relief Campaign: During the 2010’s floods in Pakistan, have been extensively engaged in UVAS Flood campaign in Mianwali and Layyah districts in August 2010 which included emergency relief and vaccination of the flood affected animals.
