Luxhaso Psychological Services (PTY) LTD is a 100% black owned company. It was established in
2013. After operating on a private capacity the company was formally registered in June 2013. It has
a main office in East London. The core components of Luxhaso Psychological Services (PTY) LTD are:
Psychological Services, Occupational Wellness, Skills Development and Training, HIV/AIDS
Programmes and Professional Careers Programme.
The Managing Director is an experienced Psychologist and Training Practitioner who specialises in
optimising the capacity of people in both the private and public sector. Luxhaso Psychological
Services (PTY) LTD interventions are outcomes-based, focusing on the application of skills,
knowledge, attributes and attitudes.

and psychological initiatives should embrace the values and specific criteria of one’s job profile, as
well as the strategic intent of the organisation. With this in place, Luxhaso Psychological Services
(PTY) LTD is able to deliver training and psychological services that are client orientated.
We are passionate to deliver professional services to the public and private domain that are
affordable to the target market. Accurate training and psychological needs must be identified to
obtain maximum results. When we identify these we can focus development activity upon the real
issues and the real needs rather than the symptoms of the issue. We do not train for the sake of
training, but to bring added value to the organisation.

Luxhaso Psychological Services (PTY) LTD is a company that promotes quality and context related
educational, developmental and research based programmes that aim:
 To provide confidential individual and group psychotherapy/counselling and interventions
to socially, emotionally, psychologically distressed individuals and groups
 To provide appropriately tailored individual and group therapy (for example, groups that
deal with bereavement, self-esteem, termination of pregnancy, depression etc.)
 To apply relevant well researched and meaningful theoretical and empirical models that
could change lives in a meaningful manner
 To provide specifically designed psycho-educational workshops and interventions
 To provide Professional Careers and Assessment Programme
 To administer psychometric evaluation tools, aptitude access assessment batteries
 To alleviate trauma, anxiety, or any stressful circumstances from individuals, groups and
