‘On behalf of my colleagues' members of the organizing committee, it is my
pleasure to invite you to be a part of the 5th Global Pioneerism, Innovation and
Excellence Conference to be held in Ras al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates on
October 22-23,2019.
The Conference will host a selected panel of speakers from different countries
with more than 300 delegates. Two main themes will be highlighted at this
Conference;
Tolerance across cultures and building future Ecosystems.
We have several research papers from interculturists, academicians,
researchers and other practitioners and invite you to be an active partner in
this event. We welcome proposals for research papers and presentations to
the conference.
The organizing committee has established special teams for transportation,
hotel accommodation and social program to ensure your trip to Ras al Khaimah
will be memorable.

3. Ras Al Khaimah
➝ Ras Al Khaimah ,is one of the Emirates of the UAE. It is
on the Northern side of the country. The name means
"Top of the Tent". Ras Al Khaimah is the most
important Emirate regarding archaeological heritage
and in addition to an active tourism sector due to its
beautiful beaches and mountains. Its farms are known
for bee trading of live honeybees and for raising the
hardiest queen bees in a tough desert environment. Ras
Al Khaimah also has a vibrant industry. With many
widespread development plans in the pipeline, Ras Al
Khaimah has an ambitious vision and looks forward to a
promising future teeming with development and
excellence.

drive from Sharjah airport and 50
minutes from Dubai airport. We
can arrange airport pick ups if
booked earlier.
➝ Please check with your embassy
for visa requirements to the UAE
Travellers can obtain visit visas

11. Keynote Speaker
HE Professor Jamal Al Suwaidi
Professor Jamal Sanad Al Suwaidi has been nominated for the Nobel Prize in Literature for his
book The Mirage. In The Mirage, the Emirati scholar addresses extremist ideologies, which have
spread across the globe in recent years, and which threaten the security of societies.
Dr. Al-Suwaidi is a UAE intellectual, writer and strategic expert, and is the Director General of the
Emirates Center for Strategic Studies and Research. He has authored several books including
“From Tribe to Facebook: The Transformational Role of Social Networks” and “United Arab Emirates
Society: A Future Perspective”.

12. Dr. George F. Simons, USA/ France
A frequent university lecturer on international business, and trains and coaches, managers
and staff of global corporations. He is the creator and editor-in-chief of the award-winning
diversophy® games.
Dr. Zahra Mousa Jaffar, Iraq
Dr. Zahra is a professor at the college of education for humanities at Dayali University in
Iraq. She has supervised many master and doctoral theses and has spoken at many local
and regional conferences.
Dr. Sandra Phelps, New Zealand
From 2005 she has worked in Universities and development organizations in the Pacific,
Caribbean, Africa, the Middle East and Central Asia. Sandra specializes in inclusive
development and governance with a particular interest in youth and gender empowerment.
Prasad Indunil Fernando, Sri Lanka
He is the deputy general manager at Bharti Airtel Lanka Pvt Ltd in Sri Lanka. He has more
than 20 years of experience in marketing and sales management. He is chairman of the
Asian Division of Global Goodwill Ambassadors
Ahdeya Ahmed, Bahrain
She is the president of the Bahrain Journalists Association. She was the general
manager of Bahrain TV channel 55 English language and the editor in chief of
Bahrain Tribune.

13. Joseph K. Grieboski
CEO, Just Consulting; Co-Chair, State Department Task Force on Religion and
International Development and Humanitarian Assistance. He is Chairman of the Board of
Directors of THE INSTITUTE on Religion and Public Policy.
Hussain Sinjari, Iraq
Ambassador Hussain Sinjari, studied at University of Essex, UK and obtained a Master
degree in Cross-Cultural Studies. He was the Ambassador of Iraq in Portugal and
Romania. He is the founder and president of Tolerancy International, an NGO based in
Iraqi Kurdistan
Maha Elsinbawi , Egypt
She has a Bachelor degree in Economics, and a Master in Public Administration from Cairo,
Egypt. She received her second Master degree in Human Behavior from National University
in San Diego in 2018. Since 2018, Maha has studied Intercultural communication
Beeby Mahmoud Ashoor, Kuwait
She is a doctoral student in sustainability policies at the University of Sharjah. She has a
master degree in social development policies and she is the secretary general of the
Kuwaiti national loyalty association
Dr. Shayma Kahlil, Iraq
She is a faculty member at the college of education for girls at Baghdad University majoring
in home economics. She has written and presented many papers on fashion and clothing
and has 3 registered patents.

14. Dr. Emad Jassim Hassan , Iraq
Dr. Emad is a full professor and Head of the History department at Thy Gar University in
Iraq. He is a scholar who has supervised many master and doctoral dissertations and has
published several research articles.
Professor Nagwa Abdel Meguid
Dr Nagwa is a professor of human genetics and Children with Special Needs and former
head of human genetics unit, at the National Research Center (NRC) in Egypt. She is a
Senior Geneticist at the Genetics Institute, Pasadena, California;
Dr Lynda-ann Blanchard
She is honorary associate of the Department for Peace and Conflict Studies (DPACS) at the
University of Sydney; executive member of the Australian Council for Human Rights
Education (ACHRE)
Dr. Ahmed Sebihi , Algeria
He is an associate professor at the Gulf Medical University in the UAE. He taught at many
other universities in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Algeria, Malaysia and Thailand. He has been
a member of many educational projects and a guest speaker.
Dr. Fatima Zohra Aouati, Algeria
Assistant Professor at University of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, College of Sharia. She
has more than 23 years of teaching experience at universities in the UAE, Algeria and
Thailand. She has been a Consultant for many organizations.

15. Dr. Mahmoud Al Rawjba, Jordan
He holds a knowledge management Ph.D. ,Innovation Consultant, Global Innovation
Assessor, and international trainer in Creative Thinking, Innovation, Institutional
Excellence, and future foresig.
Dr. Abdulaziz Dakhan, Algeria
Dr. Abdualziz is a professor in the college of Sharia and Islamic studies in University of
Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. He has published more than 15 books and many research
papers in academic journals.
Hayat Ali Al Hammadi
Hayat is the elected secretary general of the Fujairah Social and Cultural Society. She is
the director (Platform 2071) one of the initiatives of the Society.
Moza Al Roweiei, Bahrain
Moza is a young woman that has built a good reputation as a family counselor. She has
been known for her initiative that became a major project entitled Life without Sadness.
Dr. Bushra Fadhel Saleh, Iraq
She is a faculty member at the college of education for girls at Baghdad University majoring
in home economics. She has written and presented many papers on fashion and clothing
and has 3 registered patents.

16. Dr. Lamya Yaseen, Iraq
Dr. Lamya is a professor in the School of Education at Al Mustensaria University. She is a
consultant and advisor on international diplomatic relations and an activist for the rights of
academicians. She has published 7 books and more than 70 research topics and articles.
Aurela Cuko, Italy
Aurela is a social entrepreneur dedicated to arts and peace. She is a well known
name globally within the artist community, as she has organized tens of art
exhibitions in the Middle East, Latin America and Europe
Myriam Kruisheer-Ortega, Mexico
This multicultural artist has travelled the world the last 41 years and has reached a
remarkable level of cultural understanding of Arabic, Chinese and universal art. She
conveys a simple message of friendship, love, respect, and peace through fine arts,
Dr. Najib bin Khaira, Algeria
Dr. Najib is an associate professor in the college of arts, humanities and social sciences in
University of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. He is a member of the Arab association of
historians and other professional associations.
Dr. Maher Jabar Al Kheleeli , Iraq
Dr. Maher is a faculty member of Imam Al Kazim University in Iraq. He a modern history
scholar. His professional interest include Asian modern history, sustainability and
learning. He specializes in Malaysian recent history.

17. Imad Eddine Oubiri Algeria
A seasoned professional who possesses versatile managerial experience with multiple
assignments related to economic development and investment projects. Currently he is the
Business Development Expert & Investment Promotion Director at the RAK Chamber
Inocenta S. Ewart, Spain
Inocenta is an emotional intelligence development specialist with 25 years of experience in
the field of education in government and private institutions. She has spent a number of

Dr. Saly Taleb Alwan, Iraq
Dr. Saly is an assistant professor at the Women School of Education at Baghdad
University in Iraq. She has supervised many master and doctoral theses and has spoken
at many local and regional conferences.

Over his fifty-year career, he has sought to promote self and mutual understanding through
his research, his teaching, and his publications. For five years, he taught the Muslim
imams of France cross cultural understanding at the Catholic University of Paris.
