with a friend about ‫بیت‬‫عتیق‬ but there are lots of other ayats that has the ‫بیت‬
or ‫بیتی‬,‫بیوتا‬ word ..wondering if you can elaborate where and when to take
its meaning as " Charter" and where as home .

Salaam,
I have already written a lot on this Quranic word “‫”بیت‬ in my previous articles
and I have, specially elaborated “ ‫بیت‬‫عتیق‬ ” in my write ups of Hajj, Umrah

2. and Qurbani. I have also explained the same word “‫”بیت‬ in my recent article
“6 ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS OF BELIEF – TRUE ANALYSIS AND
CORRECT TRANSLATION OF FIRST 4 VERSES OF SURAH AL
BAQRAH CHAPTER 2 OF THE QURAN”.
In fact “‫”صالۃ‬ and “‫”بیت‬ are the words which have been misused to bring all
polytheist pagan rituals into Islam. This is the reason why I always
elaborate on them in my every other article.
There may be number of reasons for your confusion in understanding and
applying the correct meaning of the Quranic words, which could be from
not reading the full article, not paying complete attention to the analysis and
explanation given in my articles and perhaps not departing from the false
dogma and false meaning of the words of the Quran, which we have
already memorised from the fake literature given by the enemies of Islam
and promoted by our ignorant scholars.
Perhaps you did not read my recent reply to brother Irfan “HOW TO
PERFORM HAJJ & UMRAH IN THE LIGHT OF THE QURAN & WHAT IS
THEIR PURPOSE?” I have included the verse 2:189 and its word “َ‫وت‬ُ‫ي‬ُ‫ْب‬‫ل‬‫”ا‬ in
this write up and explained the word “‫”بیت‬ once again.
I have already mentioned in many articles that the word “‫”بیت‬ was never
used to mean “HOME” in the classical nor in the modern Arabic language.
The Arabic word “‫”منزل‬ has been used to mean “HOME” since the ancient
classical era. However, in Parsi (Zoroastrian) culture the word “‫”بیت‬ and its
plural “‫”بیوت‬ has been used to mean “HOME”, “HOUSE” and “ROOM”. The
uses of this Parsi (Zoroastrian) word “‫”بیت‬ can be seen on the following link

Whereas, Arabic word “‫”بیت‬ and its plural “‫”بیوت‬ are phonetically sound like
Parsi (Zoroastrian) words “‫”بیت‬ and “‫”بیوت‬ but meaning wise they are much
different in Arabic language.
The phrases such as “‫الخال‬ ‫,”بیت‬ “‫الحکمہ‬ ‫,”بیت‬ “‫المقدس‬ ‫”بیت‬ and “‫المعمور‬ ‫”بیت‬ etc.
are not Arabic phrases and even Arabs don’t know their meaning because
they are not used in Arabic. Bathroom or toilet is called “‫الخال‬ ‫”بیت‬ in Persian,
which we also use in Urdu but in Arabic language Arabs call “‫”الحمام‬ to their

3. bathrooms or toilets. Whereas, room is called “‫”غرفة‬ in Arabic and house is
called “‫.”منزل‬
When Parsi (Zoroastrian) polytheists and Arab Pagans came into power
they rebuilt the filthy idol store room Kaaba, which was completely
demolished by our exalted Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) in 630 AD when he
(pbuh) conquered Makkah.
To restart practicing paganism once again under the name of Islam they
used the Parsi (Zoroastrian) word “‫”بیت‬ to declare “‫ہللا‬ ‫”بیت‬ (House of Allah)
to the forbidden (‫)الحرام‬ filthy black cuboid of Kaaba that was the symbol and
a centre of dark aged pagan religion but they forgot that in the verse 22:30
“َِ‫ان‬‫ث‬ْ‫و‬ ْ‫َاْل‬‫ن‬ِ‫َم‬‫س‬ْ‫ج‬ِِّ‫ر‬‫واَال‬ُ‫ب‬ِ‫ن‬‫ت‬ْ‫اج‬‫”ف‬ Allah (swt) has declared that the idols are filth and He
urged us “to avoid the filth of idols”. However, instead of avoiding this
filth we have made Allah’s house in the same toilet (َ‫س‬ْ‫ج‬ِِّ‫ر‬‫!)ال‬ What else will
you call that “cell” in which filth (َ‫س‬ْ‫ج‬ِِّ‫ر‬‫)ال‬ is gathered? Those who believe that
the filthy (‫)حرام‬ black cuboid of Kaaba is the house of Allah are lost in their
false belief and they are not able to understand why would the Almighty,
owner and the creator of uncountable universes, Allah be living in a little
room used by filthy idols (َِ‫ان‬‫ث‬ْ‫و‬ ْ‫َاْل‬‫ن‬ِ‫َم‬‫س‬ْ‫ج‬ِِّ‫ر‬‫?)ال‬
In fact our minds have been ceased and we are brainwashed by wrong
meaning of this Arabic word “‫”بیت‬ and we don’t want to leave our false
dogma.
Have you seen the conventional translations of the verses 4:81, 4:108, 7:4,
7:97, 10:50, 25:64 and 27:49 where our pagan scholars could not fit the
Parsi (Zoroastrian) word “‫”بیت‬ and its derivatives and they had no choice left
with them but to translate this word to mean “NIGHT”?
The translation of the verse 16:80 is also a proof of our scholars’ confusion
upon taking the meaning of the derivatives of “‫.”بیت‬ Some translated “Tent”
and some took it to mean “Shelter” but some adamant pagan scholars still
translated the derivatives of “‫”بیت‬ to mean “houses” made of animal skins.
Perhaps they used to live in the bellies of animals or because of their

4. severe crime of disturbing the statements of the Quran they may be living
in animal’s wombs and will be reborn as an animal in their next life.
Like all other verses of the Quran the translation of the said verse 16:80 is
also 100% wrong in which the fake meaning of the Arabic word “‫”بیت‬ have
been falsely justified.
The phrase “َِ‫يق‬ِ‫ت‬‫ْع‬‫ل‬‫ََا‬ِ‫ت‬ْ‫ي‬‫ْب‬‫ل‬‫”ا‬ has been used in the verses 22:29 and 22:33 the
context of these verses have been already explained by myself in the
articles of Qurbani and Hajj, which I am not going to repeat here with the
advice that you read my articles thoroughly and carefully keeping aside
your existing knowledge about the words of the Quran. However, in short I
will draw your attention towards the context of these verses again in which
life and death have been described then idol worship came into the
discussion and the context turns towards the obedience of Allah and its
benefits, which was compared with the evil worship and its torments. Then
the next life (in which pagans don’t believe) has been mentioned for
recompense and people urged to come towards “َِ‫يق‬ِ‫ت‬‫ْع‬‫ل‬‫ََا‬ِ‫ت‬ْ‫ي‬‫ْب‬‫ل‬‫,”ا‬ i.e. Allah’s
initially fixed way, Allah’s ever fixed shelter, Allah’s family platform, Allah’s
ever fixed charter/regulation/dogma for our success in the hereafter. I have
also translated and explained in details the verse 22:34 after explaining the
verses 22:29 and 22:33 of Surah Al Hajj, which contain the phrase
“َِ‫يق‬ِ‫ت‬‫ْع‬‫ل‬‫ََا‬ِ‫ت‬ْ‫ي‬‫ْب‬‫ل‬‫.”ا‬ Please see my translation and explanation of 22:34 in my articles
on Qurbani. However, the word “‫ا‬ً‫ك‬‫نس‬‫”م‬ in the next verse 22:34 is a synonym
of Arabic word “‫,”بیت‬ which itself explains the correct meaning of Quranic
word “‫”بیت‬ used in the verses before 22:34. This Quranic word “‫ا‬ً‫ك‬‫نس‬‫”م‬ (the
synonym of ‫)بیت‬ means hermitage, refuge, haven, sanctum, asylum,
shelter, place (‫)مقام‬ such as place of someone, which is not a place made
of any building material but a place like that place which we use in our
sentences like "no one can take place of my father". Allah has said in
the same way that this is not the place of filthy idols to obey or worship
them but obey Me as this is only My place to be obeyed. Unfortunately
we have made Allah a deity and kept Him in filthy cuboid where idols
were locked up. However, the verse 22:34 is telling us that Allah has
made the hermitage (refuge, haven, sanctum, asylum, shelter) of each

5. species in order to remember Allah’s framework what Allah has
determined (appointed) upon them, do not make your provision from
brutal killing of animals as their and your God is the same so become
peaceful and show philanthropy (sympathy) on them (correct
translation 22:34)
Therefore, the verse 22:34 “َِِ ‫ا‬‫َع‬ْ‫ن‬ ْ‫َاْل‬ِ‫ة‬‫يم‬ِ‫نََب‬ِّ
ِ‫مَم‬ُ‫ه‬‫ق‬‫ز‬‫اَر‬‫ىَم‬‫ل‬‫َع‬َِّ‫َاَّلل‬‫م‬ْ‫واَاس‬ُ‫ر‬ُ‫ك‬ْ‫ذ‬‫ي‬ِ‫اَل‬ً‫ك‬‫نس‬‫اَم‬‫ْن‬‫ل‬‫ع‬‫َج‬ٍ‫ة‬َّ‫ُم‬‫أ‬َِِّ‫ل‬ُ‫ك‬ِ‫ل‬‫و‬
َ‫ي‬ِ‫ت‬ِ‫ب‬ْ‫خ‬ُ‫ْم‬‫ل‬‫َا‬ِ‫ر‬ِِّ‫ش‬‫ب‬‫واَو‬ُ‫م‬ِ‫ل‬ْ‫س‬‫ََأ‬ُ‫ه‬‫ل‬‫َف‬ٌ‫د‬ِ‫اح‬‫َو‬ٌ‫ه‬‫ل‬ِ‫إ‬َْ‫م‬ُ‫ك‬ُ‫َل‬ِ‫إ‬‫”ف‬ has very well explained the word “‫”بیت‬ used in
the previous verses, by using its synonym “‫ا‬ً‫ك‬‫نس‬‫”م‬ to mean refuge, asylum,
haven, and shelter. Also in the previous verse 2:9 of the same context of
Surah Al Hajj has been also explaining the forthcoming phrase “َِ‫يق‬ِ‫ت‬‫ْع‬‫ل‬‫ََا‬ِ‫ت‬ْ‫ي‬‫ْب‬‫ل‬‫”ا‬ to
mean “ََِّ‫َاَّلل‬ ِ‫يل‬ِ‫ب‬‫”س‬ (Way of Allah).
Furthermore, the verse 22:26 in the same context of the same Surah Al
Hajj contains “َِ‫ت‬ْ‫ي‬‫ْب‬‫ل‬‫َا‬‫ان‬‫ك‬‫”م‬ all together at one place. Those infidels who
misleadingly translate “َِ‫ت‬ْ‫ي‬‫ْب‬‫ل‬‫”ا‬ to mean “َ‫ان‬‫ك‬‫”م‬ (HOUSE) have no place to hide
their black faces seeing “َِ‫ت‬ْ‫ي‬‫ْب‬‫ل‬‫”ا‬ and “َ‫ان‬‫ك‬‫”م‬ at one place and next to each other
in this verse 22:26. They can’t deny that “َ‫ان‬‫ك‬‫”م‬ is not called “HOUSE” or
“HOME” because they are those who claim in the Ahadith that “Allah’s “َ‫ان‬‫ك‬‫”م‬
is situated in “ٰ‫المنتہی‬ ‫.”سدرۃ‬ Either they should reject all Ahadith in which the
word “َ‫ان‬‫ك‬‫”م‬ has been used to mean “HOUSE” and “HOME” or they should
accept that, in the Quran, they have been purposely translating “َِ‫ت‬ْ‫ي‬‫ْب‬‫ل‬‫”ا‬ to
mean “HOUSE” or “HOME” because in the phrase “َِ‫ت‬ْ‫ي‬‫ْب‬‫ل‬‫َا‬‫ان‬‫ك‬‫”م‬ “HOUSE” or
“HOME” cannot come together and next to each other. If according to the
Hadith “َ‫ان‬‫ك‬‫”م‬ is the “HOUSE” or “HOME” then “َِ‫ت‬ْ‫ي‬‫ْب‬‫ل‬‫”ا‬ is definitely not
“HOUSE” or “HOME” as two words for the same meaning cannot come
together and next to each other.
Arabic word “‫”بیت‬ has been actually derived from the proto root “ ‫ب‬‫ت‬ ” (BT),
which means “reach a conclusion”, decision, determination, resolution,
charter, settlement, cut off (“‫”نحر‬ please see my translation of Surah Al
Kawthar), to make an opening, edge of something, make something

6. separate, fixation, fixing, judgment, regulation, setting, decided, be
determined, be fixed, be resolved, be settled, adjudicate, assert or affirm
authoritatively, be absolutely certain (about), be perfectly sure (of), be
positive (about), dogmatize, fix, regulate, render a judgment, say with
certainty, set forth, decide, determine, settle, well founded, spot, stall, stand
(like a bus stand), stop (like bus stop), regulation and dogma (‫)عقیدہ‬
In Arabic legal system “‫”البت‬ is used as a legal term to mean
Accomplishment [Legal] and “‫”یبت‬ to mean Decision, Decide and Settle
[Legal].
Please see the word to word correct translation of the verse 2:127, in the
fake translation of which our pagan scholars and their followers falsely
claim that Kaaba was built by Prophet Ibrahim (pbuh).
“ِ‫ت‬ْ‫ي‬َ‫ب‬ْ‫ل‬‫ِِا‬َ‫ن‬‫ِِم‬َ‫د‬‫اع‬َ‫و‬َ‫ق‬ْ‫ل‬‫ِِا‬‫يم‬‫اه‬َ‫ر‬ْ‫ب‬‫ِِإ‬‫ِع‬َ‫ف‬ْ‫ر‬َ‫ي‬ِِْ‫ذ‬‫إ‬َ‫”و‬ (2:127) And that Ibrahim has promoted
or highlighted the rules of the regulation of Allah
“ِْ‫ذ‬‫”إ‬ means “that” please see my article “6 ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS OF

VERSES OF SURAH AL BAQRAH CHAPTER 2 OF THE QURAN” for
grammatical explanation of indication articles “ِْ‫ذ‬”, “ِْ‫ذ‬‫”إ‬ and “َ‫ك‬ِ‫ل‬‫ذ‬”. However,
apart from “ِ‫ع‬َ‫ف‬ْ‫ر‬َ‫ي‬”, “َ‫د‬‫اع‬َ‫و‬َ‫ق‬ْ‫ل‬‫”ا‬ and “ِ‫ت‬ْ‫ي‬َ‫ب‬ْ‫ل‬‫”ا‬ the indication particle “ِْ‫ذ‬‫”إ‬ is also
wrongly translated to prove the false belief of polytheist pagans that Kaaba
has been built by Prophet Ibrahim (pbuh).
If you really want to understand what the Quran is actually saying in its own
words you need to study my each and every article thoroughly and apply
the mentioned rules and the correct meaning to the other verses of the
Quran, which contain the same words, to understand their correct
interpretation, and also discard whatever meaning of the words or verses of
the Quran you have previously memorised.
