Specifications sheet for the Savante SLV-80 Subsea Laser Vernier - Profiler System incorporating 2W green laser and integrated image mosaic system

1. The SLV-80 subsea laser vernier uses 3D optical
triangulation to create accurate and digital-virtual
representations of submerged structures using a cloud
of precisely-determined 3D points (a "surface point
cloud"). Video is co-registered with real-time 3D profile
data at sub millimetric resolution leaving integrity
managers with absolute confidence in the assessment
of their asset condition.
Stand-alone, the profiler replaces mechanical vernier or
gauge tools; eliminating project risk for measurements
in high heave conditions using remote, non-contact
measurement. Integrated with Savante's optical geo-
referencing navigation system or combination of third-
party IMU, LBL or HPR systems, exciting, full colour
dynamic subsea laser scanning can also be achieved.
