What is 3D laser scanning?
The 3D laser scanning technology is the newest technology in the field of land survey.
Basically, spatial data are quickly and accurately captured (X, Y, Z), using signals with
laser beam reflected by the scanned objects or surfaces.
International Partner Buro S.R.L. uses the latest laser scanner models that measure
millions of points in the tridimensional space.
The result is an organized 3D representation of objects, which can be delivered quickly,
efficiently and precisely.
The data can be accessed in real time or after the processing, constraint and
georeferencing techniques.
After processing the data, we can extract 2D plans or 3D models of the scanned objects.
As we combine the advanced technology of 3D laser scanning with our ability to work

The 3D CAD model is an accurate reproduction of a real object in a 3D virtual space and is
constructed based on the point cloud obtained through 3D laser scanning.
The 3D models are compatible with CAD software such as AVEVA PDMS 3D, INTERGRAPH PDS,
therefore can be used in a multitude of programs, due to the various formats in which they are
