ABSTRACT: Keys to Success
Office Security Policy
For the safety and security of all offices, business, and personnel, Cardinal Dr. Elizabeth
Samantha Rothschild, pastor of the Annunciation Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church, will
follow security standards in all practicality: for necessary precautions and protocol, with regard
to usage of facilities locale for Annunciation Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church Rectory Office
and other proprietary and affiliated business; such as facilities spaces provisions or sublet for
Corporate Law & Securities, Incorporated, the LEGAL REPRESENTATION of Annunciation
Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church. Further, requires maximum security compliance from all
tenants and personnel, thereof; to ensure the safety and security of the entire premise and
AUTHORIZED INHABITANTS.
1. Dr. Rothschild will keep her building and offices keys secure at all times. For lost or stolen
keys, Dr. Rothschild will make a police report in all immediacy.
2. In the event that keys security was inadvertently compromised or further suspected to have
been duplicated or copied by any unauthorized persons, proper protocol for such event will be
followed.
3. Only authorized property personnel have authorization to change door locks, duplicate, copy,
or replace keys.
4. Authorized personnel of any tenant must receive access credentials from property
management only. NO KEY SHARING or "piggy backing" permitted. However, building
access is available during regular business hours and with regard to any tenant providing offices
accesses during regular business hours.
The above security policy is effective with leasing agreement and continuity from commence
through any renewals; furthermore, is applicable as follows:
A. Unwelcome visitors may be reported to premise security and/or 911
B. It is wise to maintain a time/date log of visitors
C. Tenants are responsible for their guests
