Beyond the Calendared Official visit to the divisions or
clubs of PSD
Divisions or clubs who wishes the District Governor to
attend any activity/ceremony is made thru invitation.
This requires financial budget for travel, hotel, incidentals
which may not be within the district management logistic
capacity.
Inviting party shall be prepared to shoulder all
expenditures.
Any other arrangement with the District Governor can be
mutually agreed upon.
10. Financial
Assessments
Expenses by District Governor/entourage
during Official visit to the Divisions is for
the account of District management
(hotel, transportation, incidentals)
Meals/snacks during Official visit shall be
for the account of the division
District Governor/entourage are not
obliged to pay in any division ceremony
that requires assessment.

16. Evaluating
Each Club
Evaluate each club, before your term begins, and talk with each
club’s current and incoming president, as well as the current Lt.
Gov. This will give you a multiple perspective on each club.
STEPS:
1. Meet with the current Lt. Governor and discuss each club.
Note the Lt. Gov. Noteworthy strengths and possible
improvements.
2. Obtain copies of each club monthly reports(October-April)
from the Lt. Gov. Note positive and negative trends within each
club. These reports will be available to you electronically once
your term has officially begun.
3. Contact the incoming club presidents in every club. Give
them your mailing address, phone numbers, and email address.
Encourage them to contact you whenever they need help. Ask
for their impressions of current club status, strengths, and
potential challenges they may face during their term.
Be prepared to follow the same protocol with the incoming Lt.
Governor at the end of your service term. These ensures
seamless transition from one leader to another and provide
continuity for the clubs in the division.
