- Cooperate with marketing section and local bank to booking forward rate for both A/P and A/R.
- Using SAP to record Foreign Exchange Contract data.
- Handle payment operation, using bank application to complete payment (both T/T and L/C) to foreign vendor.
- Take responsible for sort and collect all document related to working process.
- Collaborate with local bank, marketing section and customer to handle fund transfer from foreign customer.

Daily
- Control all payment process (both T/T and L/C) related with foreign vendor.
- Check non-goods expense for tax regulation.
- Summary total payment amount of each bank for cash management section.
- Using SAP to transfer A/P to A/P forward (matching A/P with Foreign Exchange Contract).
Monthly
- Export data from SAP to evaluate gain loss on exchange rate report and distribute to manager of each section.
Quarterly
- Checking mark to market, compare Foreign Exchange Contract data in SAP with local bank data, to confirm
Foreign Exchange Contract balance.
Occasionally
- Participate in bank seminar to update economics trend or bank's new tools, then update to team member.
- Responsible to be instructor for every new team member (3 permanent staff, 2 temporary staff, 1 expat staff).
- Handle and solve any problem happened in section workflow, develop countermeasure to prevent same
problem in some case.
- Handle other assignment from GM or section manager.
