customer, Maintaining the work of organization in a systematic manner, Checking and reconciling all GL

Daily:
 Handling bank transaction(Cash & Chq Deposit) and monitoring of daily bank Position
 Verifying Sales Invoice and Posting
 Preparation, allocation and posting of Receipt (bank/Cash) Vouchers.
 Verify all Purchase voucher and Posting
 Payment to Supplier after verification of all supporting document like DO, LPO, etc.
 Preparation, allocation and posting of Payment (bank/Cash) Vouchers.
 Handling, preparation, allocation and posting of Petty cash Vouchers.
 Preparation of Debit note and Credit Note and posting
 Daily Collection and Payment Report etc.
 Other reporting required by the management
Month end:-
 Preparation of monthly statement which shows sales/Collection/ outstanding report etc.
 Handling A/R and A/P and reporting to Chief Accountant.
 Maintaining Customer ledger and ensuring outstanding amounts are collecting on the due date
 Trade Debtors/Creditors monthly reconciliation
 Keep track of PDC (Bills receivable) and deposit promptly on the due dates
 Monthly Bank Reconciliation statement
 Preparation of Salary Statement
 Maintaining Staff’s Ledger account
 Monthly collection and payment report
 PDC in hand /Issue report
 Passing Adjustment entries like outstanding/ prepaid exp., depreciation, Provision etc.
 Finalization of Trial balance, P/L & Balance sheet
