 Pre-matching the trades for domestic markets on VD (Value date)-3, VD-2 & VD-1 for Equities and Bonds.
 Escalatethe issue/discrepancy on High Valueand on critical unmatched trades to MO(Middleoffice) and trader.
 Liaisewith Counter parties to get all tradedetails matched and process manual instruction to match counter SSI’s (Standard
settlement instruction) correctly in market after Counter party confirmation or as per Omgeo alert.
 Escalatethe Exchange/critical Aged failsand high valuetrades to MO and Trader to Cover the shortposition to avoid
“BUY-IN”/ failingcoston these trades to reduce the financial exposureand maintain good reputation.
 Updating new SSI’s and coordinating with reference data team for DVP (Deliver versus payment), FOP (Free of payment)
and M/CSIT (Money/Customer settlement instruction type).
 Fails management for failingtrades with regular followup with MO, counter parties and local agent.
 Depots realigning thepositions to ensure the settlement of trade.
 Resolvingpostsettlement amendments (Cancel & correct) and processingsystemgenerate and manual pay-ups where
required.
 Trade pair –Off (Full/partial) to reduce daily exposureto bank and transferring / receivingopen cash after pair-off
agreement.
 Sending report to MO on fail high valueon VD and raising CMA (cash management in advance) on trades to reduce the
interest cost to the Bank.
 Processingmanual Swiftinstruction via AMH.Types Like, Payment:-MT103, MT202, Settlement Instruction:-MT540,MT541,
MT542, MT543 & MT599.
 Cross trained in multiplemarkets like,Austria,Finland,Denmark & Italy.
Reconciliation Settlements:-
 Reconciliation between Statement and Ledger.
 Matched off all inter-related Statement and Ledger.
