Background noise Make sure to pick a quite place to record
Bad quality clips. Make sure to keep them mic/recorder at the
right distance away from your face.

Drink before sitting down to the computer and
do not have your drink out when you are at the
computer.
Tripping over a cable Hide cables and also watch out for ones on the
floor.
Getting a headache Have breaks regularly
Poor ventilation, lighting or air quality Try and open the windows as frequently as
possible.
Using a chair in place of a ladder Make sure to use a ladder instead of a chair to
reach objects from high shelfs.
