2. Document Management
We provide the following services:
 Development and implementation of a functional Document Management
System/Programme, which includes:
 Development and implementation of Document Control and Management
processes and procedures.
 Setting-up and configuring of the Electronic Document Management
System (EDMS).
 Review and verification of Document Control and Management activities
to ensure adherence to developed processes and procedures.
 Provide training and assistance to Document Controllers and other
personnel on aspects of document management including processes,
procedures and the EDMS.
 Review of existing Document Management systems to:
 Ensure compliance to industry best practices and/or ISO standards.
 Ensure compliance to your company’s specific Document
Management Policies.
