Looking back at the past eleven weeks I have grown and learned so much here at Ashford University. I never thought that I would actually
accomplish my educational dreams and be successful in my life, but I definitely have proved, myself wrong. I love knowing that I am doing great
and I really try to do my best in completing my homework on time, with the occasions of a few speed bumps along the way.
I decided to return to school to further my education for many important reasons. I have struggled tremendously in the past with my five children and I

I decided to just go for it and I am so glad I did because I know now that I have overcome that fear and I feel as if I can accomplish anything and
everything. I can also say that I have matured in many ways as a mother, first time college student, and being a single mother of five. My kids had to
adjust to the new routine as well. They did not understand at first but eventually they came around and little by little they gave me the time I needed
to study and do homework. I still have to overcome a few obstacles in order to complete my degree program, just like I had to overcome all the
changes that come with me returning to school.
One of the main obstacles I must achieve here at Ashford University is to listen, learn, and to be obedient in all the discussions and the
assignments asked of me. Last but not least I have to say I have to overcome all negative feelings I get from time to time to complete all my

There is a connection between personal success and the factors that are present in the beginning, during, and those that develop along the way to
guarantee success. Intrinsic motivation, self–efficacy, time management, and academic preparation are pertinent factors and play an imperative role. To
prevent my motivation from burning out in this program, my program, I perceive it as many minor tasks that involve careful planning, hours of
nurture, and different degrees of time management. Keeping my eyes on the little goals that I will accomplish along the way will lead to the grand
goal: my Master's in English. Reminding myself of past educational accomplishments like when I was a single parent and was borrowing loan after

Based on my past experiences and the video clips, my definition of leadership is having the ability to guide a group of different individuals and put

Usually Material things don't last and can only make you happy for a certain amount of time just like money, people think that money is the major key to
success but it's not just the only thing. Happiness and future are the things that I think are what you should get out of your success. Others would differ

Also I'll know I'm successful when I can finally say '' I did it'' and feel good about it knowing that all that hard work and stress payed off. Working at
a job that I'm really passionate about even though it doesn't pay much is success. People tend to study for things that make high income even though
they completely hate it. For example I always wanted to become a homicide detective usually it's hard for a female to become a detective because it's
usually a man's job. Usually detectives don't get payed much but it's not about the money it's about helping others in my community and most
importantly doing what I love.
After I'm successful I'm not going to give up I'm going to keep setting goals for myself more advanced than the ones before and I'm going to strive to
improve myself. Once I'm successful I want to travel and explore the world because that's something I always wanted to do. I am a very adventurous
person so I like doing new things and taking risks. After I have a little fun I want to start a family and I want to be a great example for my children. I
want them to look up to me and try to be better than I was.
In conclusion, Success is what's going to build your future I want to do what I love and just be happy and live life to the fullest. Your success is in
