®ESSA is a brand of steel grating. The company since its establishment
in 2013 under the name CV.Energy Semesta Alam, in the sale of steel
gratings we are collaborating with the steel construction company
that has experienced.
Our products are used in industry sectors such as oil and gas production,
mining, water and wastewater treatment, power generation.
With a commitment to continuous improvement we will maintain
the product quality and safety standards.

Bar grating is forge-welded, a system in which in this
process the bearing bars and cross rods are permanently
forged together by heat and pressure into a single
unit construction, resulting in greater strength than
mechanical assembly methods.
The twisted cross rods provide a non-slip walking surface.
For applications where extremely slippery conditions
prevail, Serrated Tru-Weld offers a superior grip surface
to the load bearing bars.

Fixing Clamp
This combination allows for fastening grating without drilling
into the supports. The Type Fixing Clamp holds the grating
from the top as the bottom clamp is tightened under the
flange of the supporting member.

®ESSA is a full service grating provider. All of our
products are available in either stock panels, planks and
sheets, or fully fabricated to suit your individual requirements.
Examples of fabrication include:
• Cutting to size
• Providing cutouts for penetrations in grating panels
• Welding banding, kick plate, or nosings to grating
• Fabricating stair treads
• Custom additions such as checker plate, lifting handles,
and hinges
• Circular layouts and radial platforms
Our Sales, Engineering and Fabrication departments
can take your requirements from structural drawings to
detailed grating drawings and on to completely fabricated
ready-to-install grating.
Many of today’s projects demand just-in-time delivery.
Our experienced project managers can effectively coordinate
your multi-release schedules to ensure your job site receives
the grating they need, when they need it. Grating panels are
piece marked and clearly identified on our supplied grating
drawings for accurate field installation.
