Triangle Engineering L.L.C. is a newly established Omani
company that was established to achieve a professional standard
of scaffolding sales, manufacturing and scaffolding erection -
dismantling services. With the planned setting of the scaffolding
factory that includes Automated/Semi automated Scaffolding
production line using automatic machines for cutting, drilling,
welding, threading, cold roll forming, shot blasting and painting
plant conveyer system Triangle Engineering will have the biggest
Scaffolding factory in the Sultanate of Oman. The Maximum factory
production capacity is 1200 Ton/month. The scaffolding sales can
provide and guarantee scaffolding products with the desired quality
and safety aspects. Our scaffolders are trained to perform the
scaffolding structure for easy access, load design and working at
height according to CIBT standards. Triangle Engineering can now
design your scaffolding set up at customer’s specification considering
quality at optimized cost.
We monitor and check the quality of our products during production
and internally check and approve for quality and the products tested
and certified by third party ensuring that our products meet the
client expectations and relevant standards.

3. Verticals (Standards):
All TE standards incorporate lower fixed cups at 0.5m intervals with captive
rotating top cups which secure up to four components. Access standards
incorporate a 150mm spigot at the top to allow the vertical connection of
further standards. Provision for a locking pin or bolt is also provided.

4. Horizontals (Ledgers):
All ledgers incorporate symmetrical forged blade ends making assembly quick and simple, and allows components to be completely interchangeable.
Horizontals locate in the bottom cups of the standards and are secured by locking the top cup.
Transoms:
These units are designed to provide intermediate support for standard scaffold
boards by spanning between the inner and outer ledgers. The jaw section at
each end is turned downwards to prevent dislocation. One end is provided
with an integral locking device to prevent movement along the ledgers during
use. The intermediate transoms support a standard five board platform.
Jacks (various types):
Jacks have an adjustment of up to 0.5m and are used to accommodate variations in ground levels and to level the structure. They are used in conjunction with
base/head plates and forkheads.

Base/Head Plates:
Used in conjunction with the universal jack. The spigot is drilled to allow for the insertion of a securing bolt if required.
Steel Planks:
TE Steel planks extensively used in all types of work platforms, and their relatively high strength to weight ratio makes them particularly suitable for safe
working. Steel planks have high slip resistance and flex naturally to make standing on them comfortable to the user. Thus they increase safety in working
areas. We offer a range the planks with or without hooks. Standard thickness is 38mm and width is 225mm in various lengths.

5. Fittings/Couplers:
Couplers are the fittings which hold the tubes together. The most common are called scaffold couplers, and there are three basic types: right-angle
couplers, putlog couplers and swivel couplers. To join tubes end-to-end joint pins or sleeve couplers are used. Only right angle couplers and swivel
couplers can be used to fix tube in a ‘load-bearing connection’. Single couplers are not load-bearing couplers and have no design capacity.
Props:
Props are manufactured from high quality material with a painted finish for long life and are highly resistant to site wear and tear. Prop can be
used on all types of building construction or for any type of use where an adjustable load bearing member is required. The high tensile steel pin
is located through a slot in the outer section and a hole on the inner section for coarse adjustment. The cast collar located below the pin gives fine
adjustment for levelling or striking. The rolled thread ensures no loss of material or strength at this point.

It is a great alternative for owner builders who want to buy the scaffold
themselves and save money.
