renowned software company that is known for Microsoft Windows operating
system and Microsoft office suite. Microsoft is one name that is ubiquitous with
the world of computing and it is a dream for many an individual to work in the
company. The Microsoft Test-Pattern and Selection Procedure is as follows:
The company conducts recruitment process every year to select new candidates.
The selection process of the company consists of 3 rounds. These rounds are as
follows:

Technical Interview
HR Interview
• THE CV IS REVIEWED & MATCHED WITH THE JOB REQUIREMENTS.
• THIS IS THE SHORTEST ROUND AND THE CANDIDATE MAY BE CONTACTED
WITHIN A WEEK WITH THE SECOND ROUND INTERVIEW POSITION.
• GENERAALLY THE CANDIDATE WILL TALK TO DIFFERENT PEOPLE EITHER
IN PESON OR ON THE PHONE. HE/SHE WILL BE ASKED TECHNICAL
QUESTIONS & TASTED IN DIFFERENT ASPECTS LIKE BASIC KNOWLEDGE,
BACKGROUND DEPTH,LOGICAL THINKING, etc. FINALLY HIS/HER TEAM
PLAYER SKILLS WILL BE TESTED BY HR DEPARTMENT. THE HR MANAGER
IS THE ONE WHO MAKES THE DECISION WHETHER YOU MATCH THE
REQUIRMENTS.
