This document outlines etiquette guidelines for restaurant associates. It provides over 30 rules for proper conduct which include: always maintaining a smiling face; never running in the restaurant; avoiding close contact or touching guests' belongings; giving preference to elders and ladies; not scratching or chewing gum in view of guests; never counting tips in front of guests; and always being well-groomed, positive, and assisting guests. Associates are instructed to avoid unprofessional behaviors such as yelling, making excuses, arguing with guests or colleagues, or using guest facilities.
