Organizational Experience
Since May’2014 working in YAMAHA INDIA MOTORS, Surajpur as Manufacturing Engineer
(Export packing development engineer).
Key Responsibilities -
• SKD, CKD & C.P. Export packing development-
1. Development of primary/secondary/tertiary packing material (corrugation/steel/plywood/Poly) for
inner & outer case packaging.
2. Developing innovative packaging designs of all automotive components to be exports and
implement it by addressing key issues related to quality, cost, and customer feedback.
3. Optimizations of existing packaging designs & develop innovative packing concepts.
4. Develop / review of new or old drawings of packaging materials.
5. Conduct packing evaluation (Transit, vibberation, Drop, Impact,compression,stacking etc. /trials for
draft packing designs.
6. Preparation of packaging standards, specifications, work instruction and OPL.

vendors.

Feb-2012 to April-2014 worked with DENSO INDIA LTD., Noida, as Assistant Engineer in PPC-
Store Department.
Key Responsibilities -
• Suppliers + Export + After Market Packaging Development : PDS, PMS and OMS preparation,
Documentation of Packaging Standard, Analysis of packaging method & Improvement in packaging
style in form of Packaging durability, Quality, Cost reduction, Space utilization & Handling
minimization.
• PPC Planning: According to monthly production plan prepare the production schedule as per
working days & shift. Daily basis monitoring of opening & closing stock availability. Coordinate with
FG store and support to daily dispatch planning, vehicle availability etc.
• Layout Drafting: With the Store Department co-ordination, design the efficient store layout
designing base on consideration of the Volumetric storage, Material flow & reduce the store
Mizumashi movement points.
• Area Planning: Data preparation of Future space requirement base on ASP and according to
availability of space, Analyze the Storage capacity & Equipments.
• Handling & Storage Equipments Development : According to store requirement design the easy
& simple operated handling equipments, Installation of HD & Pipe Racks, Tailor made Stackers,
Vehicle space Utilization.
July-2011 to Dec-2011with JOHN DEERE INDIA LTD., Pune joined the company as a DAT in
Transmission Factory in role of Transmission Assembling & Online Quality Control at Clutch
Housing station.

•Support to Assembly Line: Maintain the production target and achieve the target on time.
•Online Quality Auditing: Maintain the tools calibration sheet & confirm the stage wise assembled
part / hardware as per drawing.
