PERSONAL STATEMENT
As a highly motivated general manager within the leisure industry, running security
operations including a night security team. This position involved coordinate security with
CCTV, the Police and official from the local authority and several other agencies around
the Bournemouth seafront areas. Writing and presenting reports and devising and advising
on security strategy which would involve partner working a range of groups and
organisations for example crowd control during public events like the weekly fireworks
show and the Coastguards. Also managing money was collected and deposited securely
from the leisure outlets and seafrot kiosks

For many years on and off I have worked as a door security supervisor. To do this job fully
I remained involved in my own training and development by and gaining and maintaing
skills for health and safety, risk assesments, conflict management as well as providing a
friendly and safe environment and good harmony between staff and customers. This
provided me with vast experience in working for private clients and the public in a range of

Providing leadership in security services and close protection services in clubs, festivals
and other events. I was instrumental in initiating
weapons detection and training with staff.
My focus is good outcomes, customer safety and satisfaction is a priority as is the
providing of a sensitive, discrete and confidential service. During my appointment into the
Royal Guards as part of a team of guards I was involved with surveillance and security to
the Spanish royal family. This would include the safety and security of other members of
the royal family, members of state and visitors.
As a security team leader in the Spanish Underground Lines in Madrid, I ran a rapid
response security team. This involved good time management, organisation skills, ability
to remain calm in volatile sitiuations and deliver clear and concise instructions whilst under
pressure.
