SUMMARY
I am a highly experienced professional (16 years of experience) in the area of Industrial Safety,
Hygiene and Environment (SIHAO) in diverse settings of the Venezuelan Oil & Gas industry. SIHAO
is my Passion and have dedicated/specialized my professional expertise into three areas:
1- Operational Safety/Inspection/Supervision, 2- Safety in Preparation and Execution of
Turnarounds/Pitstops. 3- Bilingual Technical Interpreter English-Spanish. That also includes
translation of training material as well as transferring knowledge during courses/workshops, on job
learning during operations with international Anglo-Speaking Experts/Companies.
I have worked in all Venezuelan worksites: Drilling Rigs and Platforms in the Maracaibo Lake as well
as inland Drilling Rigs at the Eastern side of the country. I also have experience working in PDVSA
Refineries and Upgraders (Petropiar, Petrocedeño, SINOVENSA, Superoctanos and Supermetanol)
in the Industrial Complex “ General Jose Antonio Anzoátegui”.
