Hi Aiden,
It was interesting to read about what you wear in
Ireland. Well, we don’t have to wear a school uniform
like you do. I would hate that – it would be like
(1) hanging / putting / wearing on a suit to go to
school! I’ve never worn a suit! But that doesn’t mean
I don’t care about my (2) beauty / amazement /
appearance – it’s quite the opposite.
Most of the (3) clothes / cloths / clothing that
people my age wear are quite (4) amazed / trendy /
creative. I don’t buy really expensive things but I
like to be (5) apparent / designed / fashionable.
So, I usually wear jeans and a (6) collar / sleeve /
sweatshirt. Oh, and I always wear (7) socks /
sandals / trainers rather than shoes because I run
a lot. We (8) wear / appear / dress up a bit more
when we go out though. We aren’t allowed to wear a
lot of (9) pockets / jewellery / buttons at school, so
when I go out, I like to wear big (10) caps / earrings /
jumpers, necklaces and wristbands.
I’d better do some homework now.
Write back soon,
