The client was an acquirer and needed a solution to help with their deal purchase decision-making and
task management. Their decisions were dependent on many factors, based on their acquisition strategy
and strategic intent. The firm used a pre-defined template in an excel sheet with complex formulae to
help in their decision-making on buy, integration and restructuring and they needed a tool that could
help them streamline the process, give them greater control on the activities and potential risks, along

capability helped the client initiate a new project in either Buy, Integrate or Restructure stages. The
embedded playbook templates for the various stages of M&A, helped them immensely, as the client did
not have a pre-defined playbook.
They auto-import feature saved the client valuable time and effort facilitating them to go into action
mode almost right out of the box. Prior to import of the playbook, the users needed to enter critical
information on the deal. The platforms unique features convert excel sheet calculation from several
pages to few lines of actions that saved the client time and helped minimize the risk of human error.
The platform divides the tasks based on departments. The embedded templates that are department
specific are tailor made to suit all roles and tasks from operations, HR to marketing and finance. This
helped the client company manage all their work on one collaborative platform helping faster decision
making, risk aversion and complete control on the deal.
