The “Exotic Sun Tanning Center Management
Software” puts you in control of your store.
Total Control
The sunbed overview screen informs you of which sunbeds
are available, which are in use, when the ones in use will
become available and which ones need cleaning.
You can also pause a sunbed, disable a sunbed (e.g. for
maintenance), break off a tanning session and continue the
session on another sunbed. The system will ask for a reason
for the break off thus minimizing the risk of fraud.

You can do all of your sales from 1 single screen: add ses- The software is available in Dutch, French and English.

select customers, add discounts (with a reason) and add
payments. For vipcards and products a barcode scanner
can be used.
The system will automatically propose the most appropri-
ate sunbed cabin. If the customer wants another cabin, the
proposition can easily be overridden.
Client/Server Architecture
The client/server approach allows you to deploy everything
on 1 pc or have several clients on different machines. A big
advantage is that the server software keeps on running
when the client is closed, so if you accidently close the
client program, all sunbeds keep on functioning.

Extensive Reporting
With the reporting module it is possible to get a
view of the current state of your store at any
time. You can view your sales, see who has given
which discounts for what reason and get charts of
your sales evolution. You can group the data per
day, per week or per month. And every report
can be exported to Excel or to PDF.
Secured Environment
Every user is re-
quired to authorize
with a username
and password. The
Sales report default configura-
tion comes with 3 user groups (employees, tech-
nicians and managers) but you can create users
and groups as you want and assign responsibili-
ties to your liking.
Easy Configuration
The configuration of the system (users, products,
tanning session types etc.) can be changed at any
time from the secured configuration screen. Add-
ing new promotions is a breeze. Even configuring
new sunbeds only takes a fraction of your time.
Remote Assistance
With remote assistance over the internet it is
possible for the support department to take over
the screen, mouse and keyboard and assist you.
Payments per week chart
At night the support department can maintain
the system software (install updates, service
packs, update virus scanners etc.) from a dis-
tance, giving you a clean and fresh updated sys-
tem in the morning.
Automated Backups
The database that contains all of your sales data
and configuration can automatically be backed up
every night to a secure off premise location (over
the internet).
