Studio Culture is a 2019 report by Andrew Nott and Tom Bradley that examines how to maintain healthy studio culture for designers working in multi-disciplinary teams. They interviewed 100 designers across various UK studios to understand their perspectives. The report is organized into 6 chapters that cover topics like sharing work habits, collaborating across teams, building healthy teams, working with other disciplines and clients, effective communication, and leadership influence. The goal is to provide guidance to design studios on fostering positive culture even as teams become more distributed.
