Students from Bhavan's Rajaji Vidyashram in Chennai organized a cricket tournament to raise funds to provide blackboards for the classrooms of a local underprivileged school. They were able to form six teams and over four days of play, despite facing rain delays, they completed the tournament and raised Rs. 10,000, exceeding their goal of Rs. 8,000 needed for the blackboard repairs and installations. The students visited the school, saw the need for basic classroom infrastructure like blackboards, and took action to address this issue in a way that involved and educated their peers.
