6. CONCLUSION
This circuit is designed to allow the board
of directors (a president, a vice-president,
a secretary, and a treasurer) to have a
single yes/no vote. And for a decision to
pass, a majority of the board members
must vote yes. However, in the event of a
tie, the president’s vote can be used to
break the tie. The circuit uses only AND
and OR logic gates.
