Raydiance developed the first industrial-grade, ultrafast laser. Their products are used in the production of
smart phone and tablet glass, GDI fuel injectors, and medical stent machining among other items.
Manufacturing Technician:
• Performed critical testing and qualification of all Raydiance production and R&D lasers to meet customer and
in-house demands.
• Established and led the Final Testing station, training new employees, managing documentation, and
performing final quality control testing on all lasers.
• Established a laser crating process and documentation.
• Assembled mechanical subassemblies using hand and power tools, as well as controlling the work instructions
for all assemblies.
• Led the installation of all in-house lasers in collaboration with other departments.
